About the College

From a four-department faculty in 2007 G.C. to a comprehensive college of business and economics.

The Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE) was established in 2007 G.C., holding the Department of Accounting & Finance, Cooperatives, Economics, and Management, with the intention of contributing substantially in their respective areas of study.

In April 2012, as a result of the revised governance system of the university, the faculty was restructured and named the College of Business and Economics. In 2021 G.C., the College opened one more department: the Department of Marketing Management, which admitted students and commenced its function in its fields that same year.

Thus, the College of Business and Economics runs its teaching activities at degree level in various fields of study: Accounting & Finance, Cooperatives, Economics, Management, and Marketing Management.

The college has made remarkable and multifarious progress in training, research, and service provision by launching need-based undergraduate and postgraduate programs and expanding access and equity to higher education for citizens.
